Frame: Made of ordinary carbon steel plate and square tube welded together, the series spindle and two bearing seats are welded together at one time to ensure the spindle

Leveling roller: It is made of 40Cr round steel after being quenched and tempered and processed with high frequency treatment. After two electroplating and cylindrical grinding, the surface is glossy and traceless, and the hardness reaches above HRC62.
Back pressure roller: It is made of 40Cr round steel after being tempered and processed with high frequency treatment. After two electroplating and cylindrical grinding, the surface is glossy and traceless, and the hardness reaches above HRC62.
Feeding roller: It is made of 40Cr round steel after tempering and high-frequency treatment. After two electroplating and cylindrical grinding, the surface is glossy and has no trace. The hardness reaches HRC62 degrees. The above uses pneumatic relaxation.
