Adjustment tips:
Sizes adjustment
We setup the product size on PLC control station, then the machine can form the size automatically. only 1 minute to form another size.
C Z shape adjustment
The control panel in charge of the C Z shape interchange, only 1 minute can be done automatically.
Cutter adjustment
We will provide the unlimited cutter because of various sizes. The cutter is adjustable according to the forming sizes by hand. Cutter adjustment will take around 3-5 minutes.

Decoiler System Usage: support steel coil and uncoil it in a turntable way.
Loading capacity: 3 t
Uncoiling width: 500 mm
Inner diameter: 450-550 mm
Pre-shearing (Optional) 1.  It is used to pre-shear the coil strip before or after forming.
2.  The pre-shearer is individual controlled by button which is installed on shearer
frame.
Feeding and Leveling
 
1.  Leveling system: top 3 and bottom 4 rollers, with extra 2 couple of pinch
rollers.
2.  Leveling roller diameter: Ø 80/100mm
3.  Rollers are solid shaft with heating treatment, polishing and galvanizing.
4.  Guiding system including guiding shaft and guiding rollers, their width is
adjustable in order to suit for various steel strips.
 
 
 
Main roll forming system
 

 
1.  Roll stand: 18 stations, chain transmission.
2.  Roller material: GCr15 with heat treatment, polishing and galvanizing.
3.  Main motor: hydraulic drive, power: 22KW, tank: 500L, with air cooling system
4.  Main shaft: 40Cr with heat treatment, polishing and galvanizing.
5.  Machine frame: welded by iron plate, with flat planer finish machining. The
levelness is measured by electronic level meter.
6.  Machine surface adopts powder coating, coating before assembly.
7.  CZ Interchange: equipped with 13 group motor driven fully automatic CZ interchange unit, interchange between C and Z controlled by PLC and set through touch screen
8. Interchange motor: 4*0.75kw with one switch box.
9.  Size change: size change also controlled by PLC and set through touch screen panel.
10. Manual adjustment button also equipped as standby.
  1. Including 10 sets special roller straightening unit and another 4 sets roller
straightening unit to ensure purlin will not cause curve, bow, sweep or twist.
Punching & Cutting system
 

 
1.  Adopt post-punching & post-cutting, which can avoid the End-Flared caused
by front-cutter, and also can save rollers service-life.
2.  Punching unit: 3 sets, one for web central punching and the other two for
left/right web punching. Flange punching also available as optional system.
3.  Punching die: 4 sets. Round ∅14 & 16mm, slot 26 x 16mm & 26 x 14mm
4.  Material of cutter: Cr12MOV, quenching.
5.  Universal cutters: one for size (80-200mm), another for size (200-300mm)
6.  Cutting length, cutting pieces, and punching are controlled by PLC.
7.  Punching & Cutting when machine stop.
Power Supply & Control System 1.  Power supply & control cabinet: 1 set.
2.  External controller: 1 set, it will be convenient for inching control FWD/BWD
during testing and production.
3.  Operation platform: HMI & Button, with English language display.

Warranty A: Warranty: One year, if any part is damaged with the normal use, we will give you the new for free to replace the broken one. And we will provide the technical support for the whole life.
B: Training and service: The buyer will arrange the transportation and accommodation for the technician, and daily salary is USD100 per person. Meanwhile, our technician will train the workers how to operate the machine and how to maintain the machine daily. Besides, need 2-3 workers to help our technician for installation and commissioning.
C: we will provide you the layout for installation in English, it will be much easier to prepare the space and install the machine according to the layout.
